Fences, Post Lamps, and Mailboxes

Property owners are to maintain all rail fences, post lamps, and mailboxes in accordance with the approved style per Article VI of the Deed Restrictions.

Rail fences, post lamps, and mailboxes can be replaced by contacting Fred Ramski at (440) 413-4564.

Please note that there are many products marketed as having a "natural" finish but actually contain a stain/sealant. These products are not approved for use within the community. Should you ever have questions on whether a product is considered approved for use within our community, please inquire with the Board.

Mailbox Snow Barricade

An option to purchase a snow barricade from the Concord Township Service Department is available to all Concord Township residents for a cost of $50.00. Application for the snow barricade should be delivered to Town Hall.

Architectural Improvements

Approval from the BLCA Architectural Review Committee must be obtained before making any architectural changes to a property per Article II of the Deed Restrictions. This ensures that all changes align with the community's aesthetic standards and guidelines, preserving the neighborhood's overall appearance and value. Unauthorized changes may result in penalties. 

Common architectural improvements requiring approval are, but not limited to:

• erecting a shed or other accessory building

  • • installing a fence

• constructing a deck, patio, or home addition

Review the Deed Restrictions to verify plans for any architectural changes are in compliance. Download and complete the Architectural Review Form and submit to the BLCA Architectural Review Committee in advance of project start date to avoid delays.

Trash Storage and Removal

All trash bins shall be stored and maintained in containers entirely within a garage or basement of a dwelling per Article IV of the Deed Restrictions.

All residents must contract with a hauler to have trash removed from their property. Below are select trash hauler options available to Concord residents:

Yard Waste

As most trash haulers do not permit the disposal of yard waste, the Concord Township Service Department offers yard waste drop off in the spring and fall for all Concord Township residents. Please note that this service is not offered year-round.
